Here’s a couple more pictures of the progress on the whaleship Charles W Morgan from our friend Jeff Gold. The first is putting in one of the last ceiling planks inside the hull. It is nice to see that it takes as many strong backs to do it as it did 150 years ago. No automatic computerized mechanical inserters here. The next picture is the temporary shed built around the boat about to be covered with shrink-wrap to shelter the boat while it is being planked.
