The state of the state’s fisheries will be the major topic on the next Boattalk, Tuesday May 14 at 10am Eastern time.  On WERU-fm 89.9 Blue Hill and 99.9 Bangor and streaming live at www.weru.org  We plan to have Senator Denis Damon of Penobscot East, and Paul Anderson of Maine Sea Grant in the studio to talk about our problems with and plans for Maine’s Marine resources.  As always it will be a call-in show, so we hope you will participate also.  In addition we will be talking with David Galinas of Penobscot Bay Pilots about the Heavy Metal Boat Show happening May 18 in Belfast.  Check out Maritime Day Website.
